Private sessions where we slow down, get under the surface, and untangle the stories that have kept you small. This is about finding your way back to your own voice, your own wants, your own pace. With support. With honesty. With a whole lot of realness.

    • If you choose to move forward with the 12 week program, it will be tailored and customized to your needs.

This 12-week journey is about pressing pause on all the noise—the pressure, the expectations, the constant doing—and getting quiet enough to hear what’s actually yours. Your voice. Your wants. Your truth.

We’ll start to peel back the layers that have built up over time—the fear, the doubt, the patterns that kept you small—and uncover the parts of you that got buried along the way. This isn’t about becoming someone new. It’s about coming home to who you’ve always been. And I’ll be right there with you as you do.

    • 12 Weekly 1:1 Coaching Calls on Zoom– Deep, honest conversations where we do the real work.

    • Guided Journaling & Exercises – Prompts and tools to help you dig deeper between sessions.

    • Support Between Sessions – You won’t be left on your own—I'll be here to help you process, question, and stay with it.

    • Designed for you—After our initial call, we’ll shape the program around your specific needs. While I work with common themes, how we navigate them will depend on your journey.

I’m Tess—your coach and your guide on this journey back to self.

I know what it’s like to live a life that looks fine from the outside but feels off on the inside. I spent years shaping myself around what other people needed—saying the right things, playing the part—until I couldn’t tell what was mine anymore. My voice got quiet. My truth got buried under fear, pressure, and old patterns that once kept me safe but eventually kept me stuck.

What changed everything wasn’t pushing harder or becoming a shinier version of myself. It was slowing down. Getting honest. Letting myself be supported. And learning how to listen to the parts of me I’d been overriding for years.

That’s what this work is about. I’m not here to hand you a formula or fix you. I’m here to help you come back to what’s already true inside you—and to walk with you while you figure out what that means for your life now. I’ll hold space for all of it: the truth you’re just starting to hear, the patterns you’re ready to shift, and the accountability you need to follow through. I see through the surface, and I’ll reflect back the parts of you that are ready to be seen.

  • That’s exactly why I offer a free 20 min discovery call. This is a no-pressure conversation to explore your challenges and see if we’re a good fit. You don’t have to commit—just come with an open mind and see what feels right for you.

  • All coaching sessions are done online via Zoom.

  • Therapy often focuses on healing the past. This work is about the present and future—looking at where you are now, what’s keeping you stuck, and how to move forward in a way that feels real to you. Both have their place, but this is about action.

  • Yes, I do offer single sessions. However, they won’t have the same structured progression as the full program. A single session can be great if you need clarity on a specific issue or just want to get a feel for the work, but the deeper shifts happen through the momentum of the full program. We can discuss what’s best for you during our Discovery Call.

  • After you book, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a link to our call. I’ll ask you to fill out a brief questionnaire before we meet, so I can understand where you’re at and what you hope to achieve. The call itself is a chance for us to connect and figure out if this program is the right fit.
